Chinese Red 1970's banded neck poly chiffon maxi dress. See through chiffon neckline with rose appliques accentuating the bodice. Puff shoulders with sheer chiffon sleeves. LABEL: mei ya co BEST FIT: XS, XXS (petite) MATERIAL: poly chiffon This dress was originally a juniors dress. I had it reworked to fit me, an adult. It is still on the petite side (total length is 54"). So would best fit someone shorter than 5'5". I was able to zip it up the mannequin but it was tight. Her measurements are listed below. I had the shoulders and bodice expanded as well as a bow and train added to the back to hide the panel that was put in. Bow is detachable. This is a delicate vintage dress and there are some imperfections here and there given its age (tiny snags, some loose seams), but overall the dress is in good vintage condition. For reference, mannequin measurements are as follows: Height: 69" (5'9") Chest: 32" Waist: 24" Hip: 34"
