Has belt loops at the waistband, pleats on the chest, shoulder pads, and buttons on the cuffs. It claps with two buttons in the back and is mid-calf length on me (5'6"). There's a small restitched seam on the left side but it isn't very noticeable. This dress could definitely be styled for either a party/glam or secretary/academia look. 100% polyester.
