Natural Amber Marquise Beads Statement Necklace Bold yet lightweight, you will love how this vintage natural amber necklace feels when you wear it. The graduated marquise-shaped beads are smooth and warm to the touch. The length is versatile, the color is a dark honey shade. The necklace is 28.75" long. The beads are graduated, starting at 1 1/16" at the ends and increasing to 1 5/8" long for the largest center bead. There is some variation to the shape, length, and width of the beads because they are cut by hand and not machine-made. The twist barrel clasp is also made of amber. It works very well. The overall condition is very good with some small chips near the bead holes. This is consistent with age. It is estimated to date from the 1970s at least.
